Job summary

Western Rock Products, a CRH company, seeks a Quality Control Manager to oversee aggregate and asphalt quality programs across multiple units in Utah. This role leads Laboratory Managers, coordinates testing, and ensures safety and compliance while driving continuous improvement in QA/qc across the sub-region.

The ideal candidate will have a PE license (Utah preferred), extensive QC experience, and the ability to travel within the Central & Southern Utah area, including field and plant sites.

Qualifications

• PE licensed in Utah preferred; leadership of QC teams.
• Experience in aggregate/asphalt QC in construction sectors.
• Ability to travel within Central & Southern Utah region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe working environment and adherence to safety policies.
• Lead dispersed QC team across multiple states and prioritise tasks.
• Coordinate CapEx for QC equipment and facilities.
• Oversee lab and field testing of aggregates/asphalt and maintain records.
