Job summary

GCC Aggregates seeks a Quality Assurance leader to ensure quality from production through delivery. You will head the QC team, develop QA programs, and review project plans with sales to select optimal products. Frequent site visits and cross-functional collaboration are part of the role.

The position requires an engineering degree, 3–5 years in aggregates/construction materials, and a PE license or eligibility. You will travel regionally and uphold safety and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering, construction eng or mining eng.
• 3–5 years in aggregate/asphalt/concrete industry or quality control management.
• Professional engineer license or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
• Proficient with personal computer and common software packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC team by planning, organizing and communicating with the team.
• Develop testing procedures and QA programs.
• Review plans/specifications with sales to select best products for projects.
• Prepare submittal packages for customers and obtain approvals.
• Use daily KPIs to drive excellence in operations, sales, and service.
• Audit plants and ensure compliance with technical policies.
