F.H. Paschen is seeking a seasoned Quality Control professional to oversee project quality control plans, guide the QC team, and ensure strict compliance with contract requirements and industry standards across all field activities.

You will lead inspections, coordinate testing with independent testing agencies, document non-conformances, and drive corrective actions while supporting project schedules, safety goals, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced construction environment.

Formación

• Four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC, inspection, or operations experience in construction.
• QA/QC certifications or licensure are desirable but not required.
• CQM-C / USACE and EM-385 familiarity is preferred.
• OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid are desirable qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and implement the project specific Quality Control Plan.
• Supervise the Quality Control Technician and Independent Testing Agencies.
• Monitor field work and verify compliance with standards and specs.
• Perform receiving inspections and compare with submittals.
• Identify non-conforming work and develop corrective actions.
• Write effective non-conformance reports and quality records.
