F.H. Paschen seeks a Project Manager to lead structural concrete projects, overseeing the project team and reporting to the General Manager or Vice President. Responsibilities include managing financials, schedule, risk, quality, and client relationships across private and public owners.

Qualifications include a BS in Construction Management or Engineering with 5-10 years of construction experience; proficiency in PM software; and experience with scheduling tools is preferred. EEO/AA employer.

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering and 5-10 years of construction experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in Project Management Software.
• Experience in Scheduling Software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent and demonstrate company values on projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Lead project team including engineers and interns.
• Maintain client relationships and address project needs.
• Develop project cost reports and negotiate changes with owners.
