Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager for its Mission Critical sector. You will lead the quality program and oversee QC activities on large MEP-heavy projects, including review of submittals and coordination with project teams.

The role requires at least 5 years of field QC or related experience, plus a technical degree in construction or a related field. Travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field quality management experience on large, complex projects in mission critical construction.
• Technical degree in construction, civil, architecture, or engineering is required.
• Experience leading construction documentation and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of quality program for data centers.
• Manage daily QC tasks to ensure conformance with contract documents.
• Lead and train project teams on quality activities.
• Oversee documentation and inspections throughout the workflow.
