Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager for its Mission Critical data center projects. You will lead the quality program, review documents, and oversee QC on site.

The role requires a technical degree in construction, civil, architecture, or engineering, and at least five years in design, construction, or commissioning of large MEP-heavy projects; prior experience with shop drawings review and contract administration is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of field quality management experience on large or mission-critical projects.
• Experience in design, construction, and/or commissioning for MEP-heavy projects.
• Experience leading documentation and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality program for data centers.
• Manage daily QC duties to ensure conformance with contract documents.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for specs compliance.
• Conduct weekly QC meetings and document minutes.
• Train project team on quality processes.
• Monitor testing, inspections, and corrective actions.
