Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager for its Mission Critical team. The role requires a technical degree and at least five years of field QC experience on large, MEP-heavy projects, with leadership of documentation and contract administration.

You will lead the QA program for data centers, supervise QC tasks, train team members, review drawings, and drive corrective actions while coordinating with PMs and field staff. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field quality management in mission critical construction or large projects.
• Technical degree in construction, civil, architecture, or engineering required.
• Experience leading construction documentation and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality program for data centers.
• Manage daily QC responsibilities to ensure conformance with contract documents.
• Train project teams on quality-related activities.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for specs conformance.
• Conduct weekly QC meetings and issue minutes.
• Verify materials conform to submittals and are properly stored.
• Monitor QC activities, track inspections and testing.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Travel as needed to project sites.
