Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field quality management experience on large or complex construction projects.
• Experience with design, construction, and commissioning in MEP-heavy environments.
• Strong ability to lead quality-related activities and review contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of Ryan's quality program for data centers.
• Manage daily QC responsibilities to ensure projects conform to contract documents.
• Lead and train project team members on quality-related activities.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specs.
• Coordinate periodic quality walkthroughs and maintain weekly QC meeting minutes.
• Monitor corrective actions and conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues.
