This role performs security, API, Section 508, and regression testing across the platform and leads defect resolution and QA process improvements. Collaboration with business, product, and development teams is essential for quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired.
• 8–15 years of professional software testing experience including automation, test planning, and design.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the business, product, and development teams throughout the SDLC, including requirements, specs, integration, and regression testing.
• Creates and executes automated test scripts when applicable and maintains test plans.
• Leads test case reviews, designs reviews, and defect tracking activities; documents issues and ensures resolution.
• Reviews requirements, design, and interface specs to ensure testability and quality.
• Coordinates with QA leads and teams to standardize QA processes and metrics.
