Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a senior QA professional to lead a large quality assurance program for government-related products and services. You will establish software quality standards, develop test plans, and guide testing strategy across the SDLC.

This role partners with business, product, and development teams, conducts audits, creates test metrics, and oversees defect tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 8-15 years professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development, test planning, test case design, test methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with developers, end users and organizations to create test plans and test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities across the SDLC with business, product, and development teams.
• Create and maintain test plans, scripts, and test strategies across large programs.
• Write and execute automated tests when applicable.
• Coordinate defect tracking and resolution; monitor issue trends.
• Perform QA audits, metrics reporting and IP reviews.
