Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study; Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired
• 8-15 years professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development, test planning, test case design, test methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with developers, end users and organizations to create test plans and test scripts.
• Experience with configuring necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing.
• Experience in writing or assisting in the development of test plans and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the business, product, and development teams, serving as a senior QA resource, through all aspects of the SDLC, including requirements, specs, integration, and regression testing.
• Provides high level of functionality, usability, and testability expertise during requirements phase and implements effective test plans for new systems.
• Participates in requirements, design, and interface reviews to ensure product testability.
• Creates the master test plan for multiple projects, including testing strategy and schedules.
• Writes, maintains, and executes automated test scripts when applicable.
• Analyzes complex system requirements to create and execute test cases and conducts software tests and diagnostics.
• Plans, documents, evaluates, and tracks testing results to ensure defect-free system applications.
• Leads QA walk-throughs, inspections, and reviews with stakeholders.
• Oversees production verification and validates system quality.
• Leads evaluation of products for adherence to directives and standards.
• Works with teams to establish quantitative measurements and QA processes.
• Creates SOPs for testing procedures and communicates changes to managers.
