Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Senior Technician - QA to lead day‑to‑day quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and test programs across the plant and Kitchen 1869. You will drive product quality, traceability, and food safety with HACCP/FSP plans and CAPA processes.

You will coordinate audits, support safety initiatives, train staff in Alchemy and GMP, and partner with Operations to sustain continuous improvement. A strong foundation in QA and canning/processing is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma with 3 years of BS or 8 years in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong planning/leadership abilities.
• Background in food processing, quality assurance and GMP practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily control documentation and ensure product specifications are met.
• Support third‑party and regulatory audits with proper policies and training.
• Manage planning via the eMaint site as site administrator.
• Oversee EMP and Alchemy programs and in‑plant quality initiatives.
• Lead CAPA investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure rigorous environmental monitoring and training effectiveness.
