Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to serve as Process Owner for the Quality Management System and to ensure conformance across all production areas. This second‑shift role focuses on SQF compliance, PCQI responsibilities, and QA leadership to support ongoing production and safety programs.

You will lead investigations, review records, and coordinate trainings while maintaining GMP standards on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience in quality related field and supervisor in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with SAP, data management tools, and QA documentation.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Process Owner for the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure conformance across production areas.
• Act as SQF Practitioner and provide backup support to QA Manager.
• Lead QA staffing, schedules, and workflow to support production and compliance.
• Conduct SQF internal audits and maintain readiness for certification audits.
