Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Maxton, NC seeks an Associate QA Manager for the Soup Laboratories. You will oversee Chemistry and Microbiology labs, coordinate product releases, start-ups, and reformulations with QA, R&D, and Operations, and drive corrective actions for quality issues.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in QA or lab practices in manufacturing, with HACCP/PCQI credentials preferred and experience using MES/SAP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of Quality Assurance, Laboratory practices or Food experience within a manufacturing environment.
• HACCP and/or PCQI certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lab startups, product releases, and reformulations with Product Development, QA, R&D and Operations.
• Manage supplier quality monitoring, non-conformance databases, and corrective actions.
• Support QA functions including audits, product releases, recalls, and training as needed.
• Utilize MES/SAP/Rebus or related portals to report data and support conformance to specifications.
