Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Associate Director of Quality Assurance to lead Food Safety and Quality programs across the site, aligning with enterprise policies and driving cross-functional collaboration.

You will train and develop staff, manage KPI-driven quality initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance, sanitation, GMP, and consumer safety standards while partnering with operations and R&D.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of quality plant/systems leadership experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 5+ years of food manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of FSQ systems and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality leadership to the Charlotte site and develop the Quality plan.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across QA, operations, and R&D.
• Manage consumer experience through addressing complaints and SPC improvements.
• Oversee quality audits, standards, and documentation across plant.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive quality initiatives and align with enterprise policies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
