Campbell Soup Company is seeking a QA Technician on 2nd shift in Austin, TX. You will perform in-process inspections, test products, document results, and ensure HACCP, GMP and sanitation standards are followed throughout production facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process quality inspections, measurements, and testing.
• Take temperatures and weights; document results.
• Verify dates, times, and coding on products; maintain records.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections per procedures.
• Perform QA testing in the laboratory on ingredients/products.
• Audit production staff for compliance with procedures.
• Monitor X-ray and metal detector systems in operation.
• Ensure HACCP, GMP, food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain documentation and quality records.
• Support safety policies and continuous improvement.
