Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a QA professional to lead aseptic quality management, coordinate product releases, and supervise the QA lab and analysts. You will ensure food safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the plant, partnering with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in quality assurance within food manufacturing, with aseptic experience and knowledge of HACCP/SSOP.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance manufacturing.
• Experience in aseptic quality or production preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory and food safety requirements helpful.

Responsibilities

• QA Aseptic Area Management – drive food safety and quality systems and maintain compliance.
• Coordinate releases of products, holds, startups of new and reformulated products and production lines.
• Supervise laboratory technicians responsible for product and ingredient analyses and data entry.
• Manage hold inventory and balance supply chain and plant release requirements.
• Assist on regulatory and 3rd party audits and develop corrective actions.
• Lead plant and area projects and develop work instructions and training for HACCP/SSOP.
