Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years in QA/QC with a four-year construction degree, proficiency in Bluebeam/Procore, and readiness to obtain CQM certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in leadership roles such as QC/Superintendent/PM
• 5 years leading teams and coaching
• Strong constructability knowledge across work features
• Manage subcontracted testing firms and scope buyout
• Experience with Bluebeam, MS Office & Procore
• CQM certification within 90 days or willingness to obtain
• OSHA 30 preferred
• 7-10+ years in QA/QC
• Four-year degree in construction management or engineering
• Experience as Quality Manager on commercial projects

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage QA/QC program at site with contracted office requirements.
• Coordinate QA/QC issues with site construction manager and chair weekly meetings.
• Review and approve submittals; maintain QA/QC docs for turnover.
• Update as-built drawings and maintain QA/QC documentation and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Investigate issues and develop corrective actions and reports.
• Oversee environmental reporting and sustainability measures as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
