Job summary

McGough Construction is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead quality management across multiple projects. You will work with project teams, trade partners, consultants, and owners to ensure work aligns with contract documents, codes, and McGough standards.

The role includes leading QA/QC planning, coordinating inspections, and driving continuous improvement while mentoring QA personnel and maintaining thorough documentation for project turnover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field leadership roles (Quality Control/Superintendent/PM).
• Experience managing subcontracted testing firms and scope buyout.
• CQM certification within 5 years or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the QA/QC program on site.
• Define quality procedures and verify contract requirements.
• Coordinate QA/QC meetings with subcontractors and site team.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and documentation for turnover.
• Maintain QA/QC records, as-built drawings, and test plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality-related reviews.
