Job summary

McGough seeks a Quality Control Manager for a Federal project requiring full-time onsite presence. You will lead QA/QC efforts, coordinate inspections with trades, and manage testing firms and environmental materials.

Travel is required across sites with a focus on establishing systems and ensuring compliance. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in QC/leadership roles, strong communication, and experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Kahua, and office software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction field leadership roles (QC, Superintendent, PM).
• 5 years leading teams, coaching and developing members.
• Experience managing testing firms and scope buyouts.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement the QA/QC management system on site.
• Coordinate inspections with site trades and vendors; oversee nondestructive testing.
• Manage subcontractor reporting and environmental material coordination.
• Distribute QA/QC docs to trades; ensure quality requirements are met.
• Lead weekly QA/QC meetings and ensure turnover documentation.
