HRST, Inc. is seeking an experienced QA/QC Specialist to join the Project Management team and help ensure quality across industrial and power-generation projects. The role is hands-on, with a focus on establishing quality standards and collaborating across teams.

No engineering degree is required; practical industry experience and a commitment to doing the job right are valued, with travel up to 25% and potential international travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/QC, fabrication, welding, or industrial field operations.
• Understanding of welding, fabrication, inspection methods, and material traceability.
• Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and industry codes.
• Experience evaluating quality requirements, identifying nonconformances, and coordinating corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, ITPS, and specifications.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality activities at fabrication facilities and project sites.
• Review nondestructive examination (NDE) activities and documentation.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns, nonconformances, and corrective actions.
• Review and compile final quality documentation and manufacturing records.
