Qualifications

• 12+ years in electrical quality assurance, operations, and maintenance in power generation.
• Familiar with NFPA, NEMA, OSHA, NEC standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA/QC program for all project phases, ensuring contract and code compliance.
• Conduct contractor audits and provide improvement recommendations.
• Control documents and ensure latest revisions are used throughout the project.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and contractual requirements; flag variances.
• Track progress with daily reports and support timely issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Interface between contractors/subcontractors and client; enforce safety protocols.
• Oversee material storage, testing, and equipment readiness for installation.
• Review construction test reports (NDE, welding, concrete) for compliance.
• Maintain quality records and as-built documentation; prepare audit reports.
