Job summary

P&E Constructors is seeking a qualified Quality Control Inspector to join our nationwide teams on large industrial projects. This role focuses on executing Site Specific Quality Plans, performing inspections, and ensuring conformance to specifications across owner-supplied and engineered equipment.

The ideal candidate will inspect materials, processes, and products, maintain meticulous records, and support audit activities while collaborating with production and subcontractor teams to uphold

Responsibilities

• Completes and implements Site Specific Quality Plan
• Deliverables are submitted safely, with high quality and on time
• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications
• Inspects all Owner supplied and purchased engineered equipment and instrumentation
• Supports Vendor and Subcontractor Back charge process with inspections and records
• Oversees project surveillance and overall documentation
• Creates and maintains quality documentation
• Ensure companies and subcontractors are in compliance with applicable permits, licensing, and codes
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality control activities
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality management systems to enhance overall product quality
• Participate in internal audits and assist in preparing for external audits related to quality standards
