Job summary

Workspire partners with an established industrial services organization in Atlanta, GA, seeking a Director of QA/QC to lead QA/QC for mission‑critical electrical and industrial projects. The role oversees procedures, inspections, audits, and documentation to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least eight years of experience in QA/QC management within electrical contracting, energy, or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC practices for high-voltage systems and industrial infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA requirements.
• Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Accubid for quality and project management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality control procedures for electrical systems and industrial projects.
• Develop and maintain project quality plans aligned with specifications and standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with codes and safety requirements.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection records and non-conformance reports.
