Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a QA Manager II to lead quality assurance activities across a single site. You will oversee the quality system, CAPA, audits, change control, and regulatory compliance for hardware, equipment, and software systems.

You will manage QA staff, develop training, monitor QA metrics, and serve as the primary customer contact for QA initiatives, driving continuous improvement and adherence to regulated standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience, required.
• Certification related to quality control, preferred.
• 3+ years experience in a regulated environment OR ISO 9001 compliant or certified, required.
• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience, required.
• Manufacturing, Food, Life Sciences, or 3PL Industry experience, required.
• Experience participating in standards organization registration in a complex environment.
• Experience supervising or implementing quality control programs.
• Knowledge of regulations such as FDA, GxPs, ATF, DEA, etc.
• Training staff on compliance to regulated standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality system and procedures.
• Lead regulatory licenses, permits, and registrations processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with products handled and services performed.
• Validate systems and equipment and maintain change control processes.
• Lead audits from regulatory bodies, customers, and third parties.
• Monitor training and development of site associates for compliance.
• Hire, train, and develop QA staff roles.
• Track and maintain QA metrics for the organization.
• Act as primary customer contact for QA issues.
• Develop and maintain regular management reports.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects/workshops.
