Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a QA Manager I to lead quality assurance efforts across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations. You will manage QA resources, CAPA, audits, and documentation, while driving cross-functional improvements.

The role demands strong data analysis, communication, and people leadership skills, with a focus on regulated environments and continuous quality enhancements. Mon-Fri, on-site operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with 4 years in quality assurance.
• Quality control certification preferred.
• 3+ years in a regulated environment or ISO 9001 compliant.
• 1+ year supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, 3PL.
• Knowledge of FDA, GxP, ATF, DEA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA activities across site(s) and customer scope.
• Maintain quality system including CAPA, audits, and SOPs.
• Manage licenses, permits, and registrations processes.
• Ensure validation and change control processes where applicable.
• Hire, train, and develop quality associates.
• Monitor training and regulatory compliance of staff.
• Lead continuous improvement with CI teams.
• Review audits and QA metrics; report to management.
• Serve as primary QA contact for customer initiatives.
• Develop management reports and audit responses.
• Oversee supplier audits and site audits.
