Qualifications
- Experience in mortgage processing, underwriting, or similar.
- Familiarity with loan origination systems like Encompass or Empower.
- Experience in manual test design and exploratory testing.
- Comfort with light test automation and structured data.
- Excellent written communication skills for bug reports and test plans.
Responsibilities
- Test UIs and workflows end-to-end with real loan scenarios.
- Find and report bugs before customer exposure.
- Build and manage the regression test suite.
- Conduct release readiness and validate pre-release changes.
- Define QA playbook and metrics for future QA members.
