Qualifications

• 7+ years in mortgage, consumer lending, or related roles.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Expertise across end-to-end loan origination lifecycle.
• Experience with pre-close and post-close QA reviews preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
