Zippy is a remote-first lender focused on manufactured home loans. The Manager, Quality Assurance leads QA across the loan origination lifecycle, coaching analysts, managing capacity, and ensuring high-quality, risk-aware reviews.

This role merges hands-on QA expertise with strong people leadership in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end QA program, oversee cross-functional QA discussions, and translate findings into practical improvements that reduce repeat

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage, consumer lending, or manufactured housing lending experience.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience.
• End-to-end loan origination lifecycle expertise.
• Experience overseeing pre-close and post-close quality reviews preferred.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
• Manufactured housing or specialty finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA team across pre-close and post-close loan reviews.
• Ensure reviews are accurate, timely, and well-documented.
• Manage workflows, capacity, and service levels.
• Escalate material risks and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Origination, Underwriting, Operations, and Compliance.
• Translate QA insights into practical improvements.
