Job summary

Zippy is seeking a Manager of Quality Assurance to lead pre-close and post-close QA programs for loan origination. You will supervise QA analysts, manage workflow and capacity, ensure findings are policy-based, and escalate risks across Origination, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, and Credit Risk.

This is a remote-first role supporting nationwide operations. As a subject-matter expert in end-to-end origination, you will translate insights into practical improvements that reduce repeat

Responsibilities

• Lead QA professionals across pre-close and post-close loan reviews.
• Establish expectations, conduct regular feedback, and address performance concerns.
• Coordinate training, calibration, and development opportunities for the QA team.
• Oversee QA findings, disputes, and escalation with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor QA reviews for policy, regulatory, investor requirements and evidence.
• Translate QA data into actionable insights for managers and leadership.
