Job summary

Crown Castle is seeking a Sr. Manager Quality Assurance (M3) to lead a QA engineering team and drive the Quality Management System across structural tower construction, inspections, and related processes.

The role focuses on conformance to Crown standards and industry requirements, delivering data-driven insights and improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will develop training programs, manage vendor qualifications, and partner with stakeholders to advance safety, efficiency, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
AWS D1.1 Certified Weld Inspector is desirable but not required
PMP certification highly desirable but not required
Six Sigma training highly desirable but not required
ISO 9000 family knowledge desirable but not required
Eight (8)+ years of construction/maintenance experience in telecom preferred
Three (3)+ years leading a team of technical experts
Structural/civil construction standards and materials knowledge

Responsibilities

Lead a team of direct reports including qualifications development, hiring, team development, and performance management.
Read and interpret structural reinforcement and construction drawings for conformance to standards.
Develop and maintain Quality Assurance Management Systems for operations, construction, and safety.
Maintain statistical analysis and controls to identify quality issues.
Document inspection results and present findings to leadership.
Schedule QA meetings with stakeholders and manage non-conformance issues.
Conduct field and desktop audits of construction and related activities.
Assist in developing standards, processes, and procedures for the department.
Lead training delivery to improve process execution and quality.
Monitor QA system performance and suggest improvements to standards and procedures.
