The Middlesex Corporation seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC for complex multimillion-dollar heavy-civil highway and bridge projects. You will guide QC planning, testing, and documentation from pre-construction through completion.

As a senior leader, you will manage testing, audits, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with contract documents and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of documented experience in construction quality control management.
• Broad understanding of construction industry practices and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project QA/QC for multimillion-dollar heavy-civil projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Manage quality testing, inspections, and documentation, including third-party QC services.
• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans aligned with standards.
