Job summary

Crown Castle is seeking a Manager Quality Assurance to lead software testing across enterprise applications. You will develop testing strategies, manage QA teams, drive test automation, and ensure releases meet quality, performance, security, and business requirements.

The role partners with business, product, and development teams to improve quality, establish governance, and deliver reliable software in a hybrid work environment, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software quality assurance within enterprise environments.
• 3+ years leading QA teams, enterprise testing programs, or test automation initiatives.
• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and quality practices.
• Experience coordinating offshore/distributed QA teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead software testing activities across the application lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain QA standards, testing methodologies, and governance.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, performance, API, and UAT testing.
• Drive test automation strategy and coverage.
• Manage defect tracking, root cause analysis, and resolutions.
• Ensure QA is integrated into Agile and DevOps deliveries.
