Job summary

Leidos seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to support a high-impact program serving USSF/SSC, USAF, and other stakeholders. The role emphasizes PKI and Agile development, with a focus on quality management, audits, and process improvement.

The candidate will lead QMS development and audits, drive metrics and reporting, and collaborate across disciplines and locations to ensure top-tier quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, at least 8 years of experience; additional experience may substitute a degree.
• Experience with large-scale Agile programs and quality management for software/IT services.
• Experience developing QA program management plans and conducting internal process audits.
• Experience with peer reviews, process auditing, and software configuration audits.
• Experience collecting data, metrics, and reporting; ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Integrate with the program team to implement and execute the QMS.
• Facilitate, track, and report on continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Tailor the QMS for the program and deploy appropriate QMS processes.
• Develop and collect performance metrics.
• Document and resolve nonconformities with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead quality reporting, including management reviews and weekly/monthly reports.
