Health-E Commerce seeks a Senior QA Engineer to drive quality across multiple concurrent projects, partnering with product and engineering to catch risks early. The role blends hands-on manual and automated testing with process ownership and mentorship.

You will design test plans, validate requirements, and build automated suites, while coordinating with teams to ensure scalable, reliable software across web and mobile platforms.

Formación

• 7+ years of quality assurance experience.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and SDLC/STLC.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience writing test cases in BDD/Gherkin syntax.
• Hands-on experience with at least one test management tool (e.g., Jira/Xray, TestRail, Zephyr).

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate requirements and specifications; define acceptance criteria and ensure testability.
• Design and execute test cases for functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing across web and mobile apps.
• Write manual and automated tests; collaborate with Test Automation team to maintain suites.
• Log defects and perform root cause analysis through resolution.
• Document results and provide observations on quality and process improvements.
• Establish and monitor QA KPIs; enhance test processes and reporting.
• Manage testing across multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Mentor and support fellow QA Engineers.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.
