Job summary

Highlight Health is expanding its QA practice to define and own the testing strategy for a high-stakes platform that processes protected health information and financial recommendations. You will shape end-to-end coverage, data isolation tests, and regression plans aligned with HIPAA/SOC 2 expectations.

You will lead testing decisions, promote AI-assisted test generation, and collaborate with compliance to ensure robust release readiness for a healthcare fintech context.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in QA automation, including building a test practice from scratch.
• Ownership of test strategy and tooling decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar E2E framework; Puppeteer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall test strategy and coverage across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels.
• Own regression testing for the AI-assisted document extraction pipeline with a golden-set of documents.
• Ensure row-level security and multi-tenant data isolation testing at the database layer.
• Develop end-to-end browser test coverage for core workflows using Playwright/Puppeteer.
• Set testing standards and review test coverage on PRs; drive quality decisions as the senior voice.
