This role focuses on defining QA strategy, governance, and execution to ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and system performance. You will collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to validate functionality and data accuracy, oversee interfaces and data migration testing, and build comprehensive test plans, cases, and traceability

Qualifications

• 11+ years in QA/Test leadership roles.
• Hands-on data validation and ETL testing experience.
• Proven leadership in QA for EHR modules (clinical, scheduling, billing).
• Experience validating data migration from legacy EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for QA strategy, planning, execution, and governance of healthcare IT projects.
• Ensure EHR workflows, data migration activities, and vendor releases meet standards.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to validate system functionality and data accuracy.
• Oversee testing of interfaces, data feeds, and downstream reporting impacts.
