Job summary

RESPEC is seeking a highly experienced QA/Test Manager to lead the end-to-end QA strategy for a large-scale EHR modernization initiative for a Texas state health agency. This on-site role requires ownership of testing governance, data migration validation, and UAT coordination across clinical, pharmacy, billing, and administrative workflows.

Qualifications

• 11+ years leading QA/test efforts on complex IT programs.
• Hands-on data validation, migration, and ETL testing experience.
• Experience with EHR modules, clinical workflows, and billing.
• Ability to validate SaaS configurations and vendor releases.
• Proficiency with test plans, cases, and traceability matrices.
• Experience coordinating across vendors and teams.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, ALM, or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA lifecycle for the EHR SaaS implementation and governance.
• Oversee data migration validation, reconciliation, and ETL checks.
• Coordinate functional, integration, and UAT testing across teams.
• Manage defect triage, test evidence, and executive status reporting.
