Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 11+ years in QA leadership, hands-on data migration/ETL validation, and strong experience with EHR modules.

Qualifications

• 11+ years in QA/Test Lead or QA/Test Manager roles.
• Hands-on data validation, migration, and ETL testing.
• Lead functional testing across EHR modules with end-to-end workflows.
• Lead validation testing for data migration from legacy systems.
• Coordinate testing of interfaces and data feeds.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, and traceability.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps, ALM or Jira in Agile/hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for the EHR SaaS implementation.
• Develop QA governance, testing approaches, and resource plans.
• Coordinate testing with vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Report testing status, risks, and defects to management.
• Ensure defects are tracked, retested, and validated before deployment.
• Oversee data migration validation and ETL validation activities.
• Support UAT, create/test evidence, and maintain traceability matrices.
