Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking two experienced QA/Test Manager 3 professionals to lead QA efforts for a large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) SaaS implementation in Austin, TX.

You will define QA strategy, manage end-to-end testing, validate data migration, coordinate vendor testing, and ensure delivery of a secure, compliant healthcare solution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare application testing, EHR implementations, ETL and data migration validation, SaaS

Qualifications

• 11+ years of QA/Test leadership or management experience.
• Experience in healthcare application testing and EHR implementations.
• Experience with ETL testing and data migration validation.
• Experience coordinating testing across multidisciplinary teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, planning, governance, and resource management for the EHR implementation.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, schedules, and governance documents.
• Serve as primary QA lead for project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Provide regular reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and defects.
• Lead validation of data migration from legacy EHR and ancillary systems.
• Coordinate testing for system integrations, data feeds, and downstream reporting.
• Execute SIT, Regression, Functional Testing and support UAT.
• Ensure SaaS configuration updates and vendor releases are thoroughly tested.
