Job summary

CornerStone Technology Talent Services seeks an experienced QA/Test Manager to lead QA strategy and governance for a large EHR SaaS deployment. You will oversee end-to-end testing, data migration validation, ETL testing, and UAT, coordinating with vendors and business stakeholders.

The role requires 11+ years in QA leadership, strong data validation, and hands-on testing across enterprise EHR modules in Agile/Hybrid environments. Onsite Austin, TX preferred.

Qualifications

• 11+ years as QA Lead or QA/Test Manager in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on data validation and ETL testing experience.
• 11+ years leading functional testing across EHR modules.
• Experience validating data migration from legacy systems.
• Experience coordinating interface testing and downstream integrations.
• Proficiency with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM).
• Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, governance, planning, and execution for EHR projects.
• Develop testing methodologies, schedules, and governance processes.
• Serve as primary QA contact for leadership, tech teams, vendors, stakeholders.
• Track testing progress, risks, defects, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate interface testing, UAT, and regression cycles.
• Support SaaS configuration validation and vendor release testing.
