Job summary

MANSCAPED seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to drive testing strategy across enterprise apps including ERP and e‑commerce platforms. You will lead QA efforts, coordinate internal and offshore teams, and steer UAT with business users.

The role requires 8+ years of QA leadership, SQL proficiency, and hands‑on testing of ERP, inventory, and order management systems. You will collaborate with product and development to ensure accurate test coverage and reliable releases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA strategy and execution for complex enterprise apps
• Hands‑on experience testing ERP, financial, inventory, and order management systems
• Strong understanding of retail and financial workflows in the retail industry
• Experience leading UAT with business stakeholders and translating requirements into test scenarios
• Proficient in SQL to validate data ingestion and downstream outputs
• Knowledge of eCommerce testing and CMS systems

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the QA process across enterprise platforms
• Serve as Testing SME for ERP (Oracle NetSuite) and middleware
• Establish functional testing approaches for feature and regression testing
• Collaborate with business leaders and development to align on features and timelines
• Create and maintain documentation of test results
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore QA teams to meet timelines
• Lead UAT calls and demonstrate test impact on ERP journals
• Write SQL queries to validate data ingestion and outputs
• Support testing on ecommerce platforms and CMS systems
• Act as SME for Inventory and Financial systems
