Job summary

MANSCAPED is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to lead enterprise testing across ERP, inventory, and financial systems. You will design and execute testing strategies, coordinate with product and development teams, and drive data-driven validation for Oracle NetSuite and related middleware.

The role emphasizes strong SQL, UAT leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of QA strategy and execution for complex enterprise apps.
Hands-on testing of ERP, financial, inventory, and order management systems.
Experience leading UAT with business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Implement and manage QA across enterprise platforms, including test strategy and reports.
Lead testing SME for Oracle NetSuite and Middleware services.
Establish functional testing for feature and regression testing.
Coordinate with product and development teams on requirements.
Own test results documentation and status updates.
Lead UAT calls with business users and demo ERP impact.
Write SQL to verify data ingestion and end-user outputs.
Support testing for ecommerce platforms and other software as needed.
Serve as SME for Inventory and Financial systems.
