Job summary

Princess is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to lead the software quality organization across web, mobile, and API test automation. The role shapes the QA vision, shifts testing left, and ensures rapid, defect‑free production deployments.

The candidate will manage onshore and offshore QA teams, drive automation, and partner with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to define release quality gates. Hybrid role with in‑office Mondays–Thursdays, remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software quality engineering and test automation.
• 5+ years leading QA teams for web and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• QE strategy & automation leadership across Web UI, React Native mobile apps, and APIs.
• CI/CD & tooling integration into GitLab pipelines for automated regression testing and fast delivery.
• Direct management of internal QA engineers and offshore testing partners; drive skill development and test data management.
• Establish quality metrics and release governance with product, engineering, and DevOps leads.
• Perform administrative and organizational duties as required.
