Job summary

MANSCAPED is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to design and execute enterprise QA strategy across critical applications, including ERP, inventory, and financial systems. You will lead testing efforts, collaborate with product and development teams, and coordinate onshore/offshore QA activities to ensure quality releases.

The role requires strong SQL skills, hands-on ERP testing experience, and deep knowledge of ecommerce platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience owning QA strategy and execution for complex enterprise applications
• Hands‑on experience testing ERP, financial, inventory, and order management systems
• Oracle NetSuite experience
• Deep understanding of retail systems and financial and inventory workflows in the retail industry
• Experience leading UAT with business stakeholders, translating functional requirements into test scenarios
• Ability to write SQL queries to validate data ingestion, integrations, and downstream outputs
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce testing and CMS systems
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodology

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the QA process across enterprise platforms, including testing strategy design and test case execution
• Serve as Testing SME for Enterprise Applications including Oracle NetSuite and Middleware services
• Establish a functional testing approach for feature and regression testing and lead data collection and reporting
• Collaborate with business leaders and development teams to align on features and delivery
• Create and maintain documentation of test results
• Coordinate with Product and Development teams to understand requirements
• Lead onsite and offshore QA coordination to meet timelines
• Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions
• Lead UAT calls and demonstrate impact of tests on Oracle ERP journal entries
• Write SQL queries to verify data ingestion and outputs in end-user apps
• Support testing on ecommerce platforms and other software as needed
• Become SME for Inventory and Financial systems
• Support D2C testing initiatives including test case creation and ecommerce testing
• Ensure order processing aligns with expectations across warehouse data centers
• Maintain knowledge of ecommerce testing and CMS systems
