Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Lead to guide and mentor the SQA team, shape testing strategies, and ensure reliable software across CXM IT systems. You will develop comprehensive QA plans, supervise test case creation, and drive quality across projects in a remote nationwide setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with analysts, developers, clients, and internal teams, plus automation design and metrics tracking to improve product quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' work experience as a software testing lead.
• Proven work experience in software testing.
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Leading the SQA Testing Team by providing guidance and contributing to the development of the SQA strategies and best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance plans including validation procedures, test plans, and test cases.
• Work with and effectively communicate with SQA Team Members, Technical Business Analysts, System Analysts, Developers, Configuration Analysts, Internal and External Clients.
• Define testing strategies to ensure product(s) meet necessary standards.
• Collaborate with Teams to ensure SQA integration with the full SDLC when/where appropriate.
• Monitor SQA team velocity and capacity to recommend workload and implement adjustments as needed.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements.
• Monitor debugging process results.
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities, and open defect counts.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
