Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across product catalog, search, pricing, cart, checkout, payments, and orders.
• Plan and execute regression, smoke, sanity, system, and exploratory testing.
• Coordinate performance and load testing for high-traffic events.
• Design and review test data, test scenarios, and traceability.
• Manage defect lifecycle, prioritization, triage, and closure.
• Mentor QA engineers and drive continuous QA process improvements.

• Lead API and integration testing for internal and third-party services.
• Establish and maintain UI/API automation frameworks.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Plan and execute regression, smoke, sanity, system, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Coordinate performance and load testing for high-traffic events and promotional campaigns.
• Work with developers to investigate defects and perform root-cause analysis.
• Manage defect lifecycle, prioritization, triage, and closure.
• Define and track QA metrics and release-quality KPIs.
• Lead production validation and support post-release verification.
• Conduct RCA for production defects and implement preventive measures.
• Mentor QA engineers and conduct technical reviews.
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, automation coverage, and engineering practices.
