Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of software testing experience, including development and execution of test strategies, plans, and scripts for enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Estimate testing efforts for projects of varying size and complexity.
• Review requirements, designs, and architecture to identify gaps and risks.
• Design and execute test cases using established methodologies and best practices.
• Create, maintain, and review test plans, cases, metrics and documentation.
• Investigate, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Adapt testing strategies to evolving business and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Communicate testing results for assigned areas.
• Partner with automation teams to resolve issues in automated testing.
• Recommend and implement improvements to QA processes and standards.
• Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on complex initiatives.
• Serve as subject matter expert for critical business applications.
• Assist leadership with project planning and testing coordination.
• Support QA tools and technologies deployment and enhancement.
