Job summary

Groupe Kardol is seeking an experienced QA/Testing professional to manage testing processes within agile software development lifecycles in New Jersey.

You will develop and review test policies across environments, execute test automation scripts, enable automation for all new builds, and track testing with Jira, I-track, Camunda and Kubernetes.

Required: 5+ years in software testing and a Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering, plus strong UAT and performance testing knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency with Jira and I-track.
• Experience with Camunda and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Test Automation scripts and framework setup.
• Knowledge of UAT and performance testing.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review code and test policies across multiple environments and organizations.
• Execute test automation scripts and set up automation frameworks.
• Enable automation execution for all new builds.
• Track and manage testing using Jira, I-track, Camunda, and Kubernetes.
• Support UAT, performance testing, and pre-production deployments while managing bug reports.
