Job summary

FIS Management Services, LLC in Jacksonville, FL seeks Business Systems Specialists / Test Automation Engineers to collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and validate complex business and user requirements.

You will design test plans, build automated testing frameworks using Java, Selenium, Cypress, and WebDriverIO, and drive performance testing with JMeter in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field; 6 years of business systems analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Java/JavaScript and test automation tools including Selenium, Cypress, and REST Assured; experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using Apache JMeter for performance testing and API testing.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and IBM DB2.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate complex business and user requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases for system, integration, and UAT testing.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Conduct load and performance testing; analyze KPIs such as latency and throughput.
• Specify data contracts and document transformation logic across engines and databases.
• Work in an agile environment and define/execute test cases for releases.
